Eurocentral - Team Member
Finsbury Food Group
Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Motherwell
Contract type: Full time
Team Member Warehouse Operative
Location: Eurocentral
Shift: Pitman Shift 7AM-7PM
We have an opportunity for a Team Member Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse Team to support our Eurocentral site.
Finsbury Food Group is a leading specialty bakery manufacturer. We constantly raise quality and efficiency standards and build long-term relationships within the foodservice channel. Finsbury offer a wide range of bakery products and are a leading frozen supplier into the Foodservice sector.
Based at our Eurocentral site, it is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within one of the UK’s largest bakery businesses, working closely with a friendly and collaborative team both locally and at group level. The role also offers genuine opportunities for growth and long-term career development.
This is what you’ll actually do!
In this manual, fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operation, supporting the Assistant Shift Manager to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day will involve loading and unloading vehicles, physically handling and moving stock, and using handheld scanners to track and update materials accurately. You’ll put stock away and update locations in EFACS, pick items for work orders, and process goods from pick lists with precise, up-to-date paperwork. You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels through daily cycle counts using Infor M3 and Excel, ensuring full traceability and correct stock rotation. Throughout the shift, you’ll follow GMP and Health & Safety requirements, keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised through “clean as you go” practices. You’ll work closely with a friendly, supportive team — with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and progress as you grow in the role.
Ideally this is you!
