We’re seeking a Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Mitcham In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.
Your duties will include Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter packing, leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.
You will also need to be responsible for emptying dog waste bins located on the estates, carry out health and safety checks of communal areas as required and be able to deal with residents courteously and respectfully.
The ideal candidate will have previous caretaking / cleaning experience and be customer service focussed with good communication skills
