We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Electrical Installation. This is an exciting opportunity to pass on your skills and experience to our learners, helping them develop the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in their careers.
You will work within a supportive and forward-thinking learning environment, delivering and assessing Electrical Installation programmes from Level 1 to Level 3. You will play a key role in motivating and inspiring students, while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, qualified electricians, and recent graduates looking to transition into teaching. Full support will be provided to achieve a teaching qualification if you do not already hold one.
About you:
- You hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
- You have relevant industry experience as a qualified electrician
- You have GCSE English and A-C
- You ideally hold a C&G Certificate in Electrical Installations or an HNC (desirable)
- You hold, or are willing to work towards, a teaching/assessing qualification within two years
- You have a good understanding of NVQs in Electrical Installation
