We're looking for Electrical Engineering experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to signal processing to power systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your hours and work on your own schedule.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains including circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
- Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI-generated outputs including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps or errors in AI-generated reasoning and provide structured feedback that helps models think more like an expert engineer
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Highly detail-oriented when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
- No prior AI experience required — your engineering expertise is what matters
- Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.)
- Background in reviewing or grading engineering work
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects in collaboration with world-leading research labs
