The Ecommerce Operations Manager at Primark supports the Click & Collect strategy by driving availability while optimising stock levels. They collaborate with trading, merchandising, marketing, and content teams to deliver strong online performance. The role focuses on using data analysis and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions and improve product ranges. It offers exposure to a fast-paced digital environment, developing commercial, communication, and influencing skills.

What You’ll Do as an Ecommerce Operations Manager:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Own and drive the stabilisation agenda for peak FY27/28, identifying Click & Collect stock challenges and influencing Supply Chain/Technology to resolve issues and prevent lost sales.
- Manage end-to-end reporting of stock in the Ecommerce fulfilment centre, balancing capacity constraints with replenishment and new product intake to support peak sales.
- Improve speed of new stock going live online by prioritising operational workflows and influencing Product Content Solutions to address gaps.
- Lead reporting and action planning for on-site product availability, partnering with Digital Merchandising to improve availability and conversion.
- Develop, test, and roll out a new reporting suite to enhance data visibility for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to assess fulfilment centre efficiency and drive improvements in stock cover and sell-through metrics.
- Contribute to Digital Transformation by shaping scalable, commercially optimised solutions for the Ecommerce trading function.
- Proactively manage stakeholders, drive cross-team collaboration, and lead a high-performing Ecommerce trading team while supporting Ranging and Trading strategy development.

- 4+ years’ experience in Ecommerce or Fashion Merchandising, with a relevant business/fashion qualification (or equivalent) and familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage insights to drive commercial results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying commercial opportunities and improving processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated collaborative mindset, contributing effectively as a team player across functions.
