Are you passionate about early childhood development? As an Early Years Specialist Practitioner, you will lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners. Your role will focus on managing assessments, interventions, and programmes to support children at risk of poor outcomes. Together, we can ensure every child is ready for learning and achieves positive outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead and Manage: Supervise and support Early Years Practitioners, fostering their professional growth.
- Assess and Intervene: Conduct assessments and implement evidence-based interventions for children at risk.
- Monitor Progress: Evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate: Work closely with families and community partners to provide holistic support.
- Report and Evaluate: Prepare formal reports for meetings and court hearings as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A professional qualification at NVQ level 4 or above in a relevant field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working with children and families.
- Strong knowledge of child development and effective assessment practices.
- A full driving licence (unless registered disabled) for travel to various locations.
