Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping people improve their quality of life? We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Harrow, Hatch End & Temple Fortune Hearing Centres, working 3 days per week, one day in each clinic. The working days will be wednesday,Thursday and Friday.
Salary: £17,304 per annum

What You'll Be Doing
As an Ear Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' hearing and ear health journey by:
- Performing professional wax removal procedures
- Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
- Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
- Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
- Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
- Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
We're seeking someone who is caring, organised, and committed to delivering excellent service. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience providing high-quality patient care and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems and equipment
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
