About The Role
Overview of the role
As Document Controller you will support Delkia’s quality and project delivery teams by ensuring that documentation is accurately organised, maintained, stored and distributed in line with organisational and client standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with the creation, review and monitoring of and tracking of project documentation
- Leading on the completion of and upkeep of project related LTRs (lifetime records)
- Implementing internal and client document control system procedures and processes
- Performing quality checks on documentation to ensure internal and client standards and specifications are met
- Saving, retrieving, filing and archiving documentation and records
- Flowing out project documentation to stakeholders including the transmittals
What you’ll bring
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Can Demonstrate
- Strong attention to detail and eye for detail
- Experience in administration
- Knowledge of, or experience in document control principles and practices would be beneficial
- A good understanding of and experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience of working with SharePoint would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- GCSE in English at C/4 or above
