Location: South London (site-based)

The Role
As Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing project information across complex construction schemes. You'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the build lifecycle.
This is a site-based role located within South London (SW or SE) with occasional travel to head office.

The Role
As Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing project information across complex construction schemes. You'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the build lifecycle.
This is a site-based role located within South London (SW or SE) with occasional travel to head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Ensure timely distribution and accuracy of project information
- Support and train internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors on document systems
- Set up projects within EDMS, including user access and permissions
- Act as the main point of contact for document control queries and issue resolution
- Monitor quality and compliance of documentation, including uploads, RFIs, and IFCs
- Produce reports and support wider project administration
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction
- Experience on large-scale residential or high-rise projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of EDMS platform Aconex
- Familiarity with BIM processes and ISO document control standards
- Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders across projects
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel and SharePoint
- Salary of £45,000 + discretionary bonus
