What You'll Be Doing
As our Digital Campaigns & CRM Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering data-driven marketing that improves engagement, generates enquiries and supports organisational growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing our CRM platforms and customer databases
- Creating customer journeys, lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation
- Planning and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Managing audience segmentation and communication strategies
- Developing digital campaigns across multiple brands
- Monitoring campaign performance and return on investment
- Running A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Optimising website content, user journeys and landing pages
- Improving SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to increase online visibility
- Using Google Analytics 4, Search Console and other reporting tools to monitor performance
- Producing marketing reports, dashboards and recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement and conversion rates
This is a varied role where you'll combine creativity, analysis and strategy to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
About You
You'll be an analytical digital marketer who enjoys using insight and technology to improve customer experiences and marketing performance.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- CRM management and customer journey mapping
- Marketing automation and email marketing
- Audience segmentation and lead nurturing
- Google Analytics 4 and Search Console
- SEO and website optimisation
- WordPress website management
- Marketing performance reporting and data analysis
- Copywriting for a range of audiences
- Managing digital marketing campaigns from planning through to evaluation
It would be an advantage if you have experience with:
- HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Google Ads
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
- Multi-brand organisations
- Education, charity or not-for-profit sectors
