ut you* Experience as a Deputy Manager, Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader or a leadership role in adult socia
l care* Level 3 diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to work towards desi
rable)* Good understanding of CQC requir
ements* Confident, supportive leader with strong communication
