As our Depot Supervisor, you’ll take the lead at the depot, overseeing daily operations and supporting a dedicated team of multi-drop pharmaceutical delivery drivers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same and your impact is felt across patient care every day.
Role Details:

45 hours per week (5–6 days), Monday to Friday

Shift times are 06:00 am - 15:00 pm with reasonable overtime expected

30 minute lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers
- Overseeing daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations
- Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and company SOPs
- Managing rotas, holidays, absence, and staff development
- Collaborating with senior management to meet KPIs and service targets
- Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining depot safety and cleanliness
- Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new-starter training
- Providing driving cover when required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or transport management role
- Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Full UK manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
- Subject to DBS and reference checks
- Must have the right to work in the UK

- The starting salary for this position is £33,321.60 per annum, increasing to £37,323 per annum upon successful completion of the probationary period.
