Demi Chef de Partie

Aramark UK are looking for passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Alton Towers Resort. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and unique enviornment while working alongside experienced chefs to deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.

As a Demi Chef de Partie you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchnen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Support senior chefs with food preparation, recipe development, and menu creation
• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent organisation and efficiency within the kitchen
• Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Support and encourage the development of junior kitchen team members
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Hours & Pay

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £14.15 per hour.

You'll work a five-day week on a rota basis, with shifts that may include:

• 6.00am - 2.00pm
• 7.00am -3.00pm
• 3.00pm - 11.00pm
