About The Role
As an Analyst, you will play an important role in turning data into clear, actionable insight that supports effective decision-making across the business. Working with a range of stakeholders, you will analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, and help shape recommendations that improve outcomes, efficiency and strategic focus.
This is a hands-on analytical role suited to someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness and sound judgement. You will be expected to work with a degree of autonomy, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, analytical approaches and decision support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Insight
- Performance Analysis: Analyse data, trends and key business metrics to identify
- opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Evaluation: Support the assessment of initiatives, processes and business changes by
- measuring outcomes, identifying impact and drawing clear conclusions.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex or ambiguous data into meaningful insight and
- practical recommendations for stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Work with data from multiple sources to build a clear understanding of performance, trends and underlying drivers.
- Reporting & Visualisation: Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and analytical outputs that provide timely, accurate and accessible insight.
- Data Quality & Governance: Support high standards of data accuracy, consistency and analytical rigour across reporting and insight generation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings clearly and confidently, tailoring messages to different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Business Partnering: Build effective working relationships across the business to understand priorities, respond to analytical needs and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and analytical ways of working, and contribute to their implementation
- Experience: Proven experience in an Analyst or Data Analyst role, with a track record of delivering high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar reporting and data analysis platforms.
- Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret complex information, identify patterns and translate findings into clear, commercially relevant insight.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly and influence decision-making.
- Organisation & Ownership: Able to manage competing priorities, work independently and take ownership of delivering high-quality outputs to deadline. -
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in improving analytical methods, processes and tools, while staying open to new technologies and ways of working.
