3-Month Paid Summer Placement | High Wycombe + Hybrid Working


Looking for a summer role where you’ll gain real commercial experience, build your CV and develop practical workplace skills?


We’re offering an exciting 3-month summer placement within our Customer Operations team. This is a great opportunity for university students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment while earning over the summer.


You’ll support our customer care and operations team with customer communications, data processing and administration — while also getting exposure to wider business functions to help build a well-rounded commercial understanding.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting customer service operations via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders and updating systems accurately
  • Managing customer queries and helping resolve issues professionally
  • Maintaining records and CRM systems
  • Assisting with reporting and administrative tasks
  • Working closely with different internal teams across the business
