Job Title: Block Credit Control Assistant

Location: This is a hybrid role with 2 days from home and 3 days in either Worthing, Camberley or Poole dependent on candidates base location.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary and key responsibilities

• Monitoring arrears
• Liaising with leaseholders and managing agents
• Issuing payment reminders
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with debt recovery processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  
  

What are we looking for:

• Knowledge of block management industry would be desired but not preferred
• Experience of knowledge of credit control preferred.
