This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking campaigns from concept through to final execution, creating engaging work across both print and digital channels. Working alongside an experienced Creative Lead and wider marketing teams, the successful candidate will help shape compelling guest communications that bring campaigns, seasonal activity and brand propositions to life.

The Role

Working across several brand propositions, the successful candidate will quickly become confident applying different visual identities, adapting creative for multiple audiences while ensuring consistency across every channel.

Projects will include campaign creative, paid social assets, email marketing, display advertising, web content, brochures, posters, flyers and in-venue collateral.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that would suit a highly organised designer with strong attention to detail and a passion for producing exceptional creative.

Deliver polished, high-quality design across both print and digital formats. Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography and layout principles to every project.
  • Print & Digital Artwork - Design and produce assets for social media, CRM, email, display advertising, websites, brochures, posters, flyers, digital screens and printed materials. Prepare accurate print-ready artwork to professional production standards. Create digital assets to platform specifications, ensuring correct sizing, formats and optimisation. Roll out campaign creative across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and quality. Proof and quality-check work before submission.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the Creative Lead, marketing teams and key stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Take on feedback positively and implement amendments accurately. Communicate clearly when briefs require clarification or potential issues arise. Contribute to improving creative processes, templates and ways of working. Manage multiple projects effectively while adapting to changing priorities.

About You

The ideal candidate is a confident Creative Designer who enjoys balancing creative thinking with meticulous execution. They will be equally comfortable developing campaign concepts and producing technically accurate artwork across print and digital channels.

They will be proactive, collaborative and capable of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working within an in-house creative, marketing or agency environment. A strong understanding of applying and maintaining brand guidelines. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience creating campaign assets across both print and digital channels. Strong typography, layout, colour and visual communication skills. Experience producing print-ready artwork and digital assets to specification. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
