- Must have a Safe Food Handler's Certificate
- Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to adjust standardized recipes and follow instructions
- Good communication skills, oral and written, in the English language
- Quantity cooking experience is an asset
- Well-organized and able to work within established time frames
- Working with a vulnerable population is an asset
- Punctual and reliable
