About The Role

As the Commercial Director for the UK & Ireland, you’ll lead strategic and profitable growth within our Professional Hygiene business unit. Your canvas? A dynamic, modern, and transatlantic organization. Your palette? A cross-functional team poised to make waves. Your mission? Propel Essity PH to market leadership.

In this role you can work from anywhere in the UK with the expectation to regularly travel into our office in Bedfordshire.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Navigator: Chart the course for Professional Hygiene (PH) in the UK & Ireland. Translate our global vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with PH targets and growth aspirations.
• Financial Expert: Conduct the symphony of business performance. Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for our commercial operations.
• Matrix Maverick: Cultivate relationships across the Essity matrix. Collaborate directly or indirectly to align targets with strategic objectives.
• Market Shaper: Establish strategic alliances with end users and distribution partners. Solidify TORK’s position as a market leader in the region.
• Trailblazer: Continuously position Essity PH as the go-to brand. Innovate, disrupt, and set new standards.
