Cluster Manager - Hull
A bit about the role…
- Manage and lead multiple stores that can liaise and cooperate with one another to achieve KPI’s
- Build relationships with our customers by utilising our effective ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ sale structure.
- Inspire and motivate through coaching and mentoring
- Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
- Drive sales targets and meet deadlines
- Keep up to date with the latest products, promotions and offers
- Problem solve in a positive, pragmatic way
- Manage and control stock effectively
- Be compliant with Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Be flexible to work 5 days out of 7
