Cluster Manager - Hull

A bit about the role…

• Manage and lead multiple stores that can liaise and cooperate with one another to achieve KPI’s
• Build relationships with our customers by utilising our effective ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ sale structure.
• Inspire and motivate through coaching and mentoring
• Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
• Drive sales targets and meet deadlines
• Keep up to date with the latest products, promotions and offers
• Problem solve in a positive, pragmatic way
• Manage and control stock effectively
• Be compliant with Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• Be flexible to work 5 days out of 7
