We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
- Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
- Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
- Lead psychological formulation in collaboration with therapy disciplines and oversee intervention outcomes.
- Assess pupils' needs, plan and evaluate tailored interventions, and promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence.
- Work closely with education staff to develop EHCP-related support and contribute to reviews and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical practices, support staff training, and foster a culture of emotional wellbeing.
