How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journeyWorking Pattern
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per weekKey Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every client and patient
- Manage appointments, telephone enquiries and client communications efficiently
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
- Support colleagues across the practice to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception
- Remain calm, organised and professional in a busy and emotionally demanding environment
