We're looking for a Cleaning Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Permanent
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00), with occasional weekend working as required.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Location: Hitachi Rail Stoke Gifford, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7QG

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
