About The Role:
Location: OVO Wembley Arena
The role will manage the cleaning operation of this major contract, ensuring high quality and professional services are delivered within budget and in compliance with Health and Safety legislation, contract specification and Company policies . Y ou’ll also manage the recruitment, induction and training of employees, including high volumes of casual workers, to meet stringent service delivery levels for each client.
You will also develop an excellent relationship with the Client representatives, communicating effectively at all times , responding to any issues raised and ensuring non conformances are addressed within agreed timescales. You will maintain effective control of the operation through a number of reporting and monitoring tools .

Additional responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate all activities in respect of OVO Wembley Arena
- To provide a monthly cleaning report showing status of operations and highlighting any key points, Issues and areas of risk or concern.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
- Procurement of products and services in connection with budgets in order to meet the contract and clients’ needs and expectations.
- Recruitment, induction and training of employees, including high volumes of casual workers .
- Ensuring that all scheduling is completed in line with operational needs and client requirements.
- Strong and professional operational management experience within a facilities management environment .
- Experience as a cleaning or contract manager for a busy site and venue.
- Self-starter.
- Willing & enthusiastic.
- Energetic.
- Able to work on own.
- Good time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- This role is working soley in an event arena environment and therefore will require flexibility in working times.
