The person we are looking for as Casual Accounts Payable Assistant has….

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with purchase order approval procedures.
• Manage invoice matching, supplier setup, and electronic invoicing accuracy within IndiCater.
• Handle intercompany recharges, staff expense claims, and company credit card transactions.
• Respond to supplier enquiries and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Assist with payment runs and maintain accurate purchase ledger records.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and provide general support to the wider finance team.

There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar. Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
