Business Officer | 10668 | temporary contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave/secondment opportunity | part-time 20 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum pro rata | Grade D | Norwich/hybrid
We are looking for a hardworking, customer focused and efficient person to join the business support team.
As a Business Officer, you will be supporting Adult Social Services and will deliver a full range of administrative and support services to the Preparing for Adult Life (PfAL) team. You must be able to react positively to new tasks and be able to manage your work effectively within a busy team.
We are looking for someone with excellent IT and customer service skills, who is able to use the whole range of Microsoft Office products. You will maintain accurate data bases and monitor and analyse information, minute meetings, monitor incoming emails, answer incoming calls from people in the community and other professionals and operate in accordance with NCC and departmental practice and guidance.
This role is 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday afternoons only.
