Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction, defines and implements marketing strategies for existing and new products

• Collaborates with management and cross-functional teams to identify and implement marketing strategies and campaigns/tactics derived from the brand analysis

• Support the development of clear brand messages to be utilised in all marketing and communication materials

• Develops and implements marketing materials and tools based on market scenario, local positioning and competitive analysis to strengthen CSL Seqirus market position

• Leads assessments for new products and launch campaigns and liaises with external stakeholders to identify opportunities and market trends

• Lead omnichannel/digital/social campaigns and associated tactics

• Collate and monitor competitor brand activities, campaigns, advertising, websites etc.

• Challenge existing thinking and offer new innovative ideas

• Support organisation of customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions, ad boards etc.

• Liaise and coordinate with agencies and external suppliers

• Budget ownership for responsible campaigns/programmes/tactics

Qualifications:

• University degree or higher. Bachelors' degree Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or healthcare discipline

• 4+ years' marketing experience with 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry

• Experience with insight-led decision-making: confidence using market research, sales performance, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and shape recommendations

• Strong understanding of UK ABPI code of practice
