In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative procedures within the branch. You will be expected to work Mon-Fri and alternate Saturday mornings.
As our Admin Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day admin tasks within our busy Perth branch. Supervising the workload and our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key part in the day to day running of the branch itself.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Processing goods inwards paperwork
- Dealing with customer and supplier invoice queries
- Ordering stationery and workwear/uniform
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Filing
- Answering the telephone
- Preparing and depositing takings and completing bank books.
- Managing the petty cash float
- Other general branch tasks when required to support the team.
- Giving excellent customer service
- H&S
- Previous administrative experience is essential, along with attention to detail and being highly organised.
- Builders’ merchant experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Good IT skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Great Attention to detail
- Confident, outgoing, and friendly
- Good customer service skills
