Bench Joiner - Permanent Position

Location: Thatcham, Berkshire

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team in Thatcham on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled joiner with experience manufacturing high-quality timber doors, windows, and staircases. You will be joining a well-established workshop producing bespoke joinery to the highest standards.

The Role

As a Bench Joiner, You Will Be Responsible For

• Manufacturing bespoke timber doors, windows, and staircases.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Assembling and finishing joinery products to a high standard.
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure exceptional work.
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner.
• Experience producing timber doors, windows, and staircases.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and workshop practices.
