You'll be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living

Qualifications

As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard, you must be trained to administer medication so previous Support Worker experience is essential
You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role
