You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. • On-target earnings up to £40,893
• Comprising a base salary of £34,093
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £6,800 per year.
• 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)

Skills And Experience

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
• Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
