- working shoulder-to-shoulder with your general manager to run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant
- helping your team feel seen, supported, and proud of what they do
- jumping into service, solving problems fast, and keeping energy high
- coaching your team to grow, not just hit targets
- thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
- lead with empathy and a bit of edge
