We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join the growing Finance team at Right Formula.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finance function running smoothly while gaining exposure well beyond a traditional Accounts Payable role.

You'll:

Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process

Manage supplier invoices, payment runs and supplier relationships

Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions

Support month-end close, journals and balance sheet reconciliations

Assist with management reporting, WIP reporting and intercompany reconciliations

Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant role

Hands-on Accounts Payable experience

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve

An ambition to develop towards management accounting

Studying (or interested in studying) AAT, ACCA or CIMA? That's a real advantage.
