Account Manager
Crown Energy Ltd
Utility Connections Account Manager
Build relationships. Manage projects. Grow accounts.
We're looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our growing Utility Connections team.

Instead, you'll manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, project delivery and completion, helping customers navigate gas, electricity and water infrastructure projects while building long-term relationships and growing your accounts.
Whether you're dealing with a homeowner requiring a meter relocation, a business needing a capacity upgrade, or a developer building multiple properties, every project is different and every customer journey is unique.
Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer service, sales, project coordination, automotive service, banking, property, construction support or another relationship-led environment.
What you'll be doing
- Managing warm inbound enquiries from customers
- Understanding customer requirements and project objectives
- Obtaining quotations from our contractor network
- Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Managing your own pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date
- Working closely with our commercial, operations and technical teams
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals and account growth
